Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases of the Mila Foxley 14-Day Core Connection Challenge through this website. Read them together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Delivery & Access Policy, Fitness Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. Contact us before buying if anything is unclear: hello@milafoxley.com.

1. What you are buying

A 14-day online fitness education program for adults aged 18 or over, focused on breathing, core awareness, pelvic floor coordination and guided movement at home. You receive streaming access to 14 daily lessons for 21 days. This is not medical treatment, personal coaching, a professional qualification, lifetime access or a downloadable lesson library.

Review the lesson descriptions and equipment requirements before paying. Enrolment through this studio opens only after the lesson files are ready. We will not materially reduce what you purchased without an appropriate remedy.

2. Price and payment

The launch price is $39 USD, paid once through PayPal. This purchase does not create a recurring subscription. Any applicable additional charge must be disclosed before payment. The displayed $390 is a planned regular price, not a claim that we previously sold this program for $390. PayPal processes the payment under its own terms. Use a payment method you are authorized to use and provide an accurate checkout email.

3. Personal delivery schedule and access

For purchases through this studio checkout, day 1 opens when PayPal payment is verified. A further lesson opens every full 24 hours from that time, until all 14 lessons have opened. Access ends exactly 21 days after verified payment. The schedule does not restart or pause when you first log in, miss a day or change devices. Your account displays opening and expiry times in your browser’s timezone.

Use the access email entered at checkout. We send a private sign-in link; links expire after 15 minutes and you can request a new link from the studio. Internet access, a current browser and a working email are required. If instructions or access are missing, contact support promptly. See the Delivery & Access Policy.

Earlier preorders placed through the standalone PayPal link remain subject to the terms disclosed at that purchase. Any changed access start must be agreed separately; these new terms do not retroactively remove existing rights.

4. Refunds and cancellation

All sales are final for change of mind, non-use or missed sessions. This limited no-refund policy does not exclude applicable legal rights, payment-provider protections or refunds when we cancel or cannot deliver the purchased access. See the full policy and exceptions. Digital delivery alone does not remove those rights.

5. Personal-use license

During your purchased access period you may use the lessons for your own personal, non-commercial practice. No ownership of the videos, text or other materials transfers to you. Do not share logins, resell access, redistribute, publicly upload or commercially teach from our materials without written permission, except as applicable law permits. Downloads are not included unless expressly offered for a specific item.

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address documented account misuse or security threats. We will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it where practical. A restriction does not remove non-waivable consumer rights.

6. Exercise, results and responsibility

Read the Fitness Disclaimer before participating. This program is general education, not individualized healthcare. Results vary and are not guaranteed. You choose whether and how to participate and should stop exercises that cause pain or concerning symptoms.

7. Payment questions and disputes

If you do not recognize a charge or have an access problem, contact us with your order reference, purchase date and checkout email. Do not send full card details. We will investigate using available payment, delivery and support records. Contacting us first may help resolve a problem but is not a condition for exercising your legal or payment-provider rights and does not extend their deadlines.

We may submit relevant, accurate records to PayPal or the payment provider when responding to a dispute. Nothing here prohibits a good-faith chargeback, imposes a chargeback penalty or guarantees that a dispute will be decided in our favor.

8. Service interruptions and liability

We do not promise uninterrupted internet or third-party services. If an issue within our service prevents the purchased access, contact us so we can restore access or provide the remedy described in our policies. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct. These terms do not require you to waive a claim for personal injury.

9. Changes and interpretation

The version disclosed at purchase applies to that purchase. Later changes will not retroactively remove purchased benefits or mandatory rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Material changes to delivery require notice and the remedies described in our policies.
